how can i use odoo CRM in real estate business .Because in real state may be product is not a tangible like property dealer make a deal of 2 parties and get service charges only. He don't want to record the product information like plot or house information he only want to manage his service charges. how it possible or how we can use CRM for real estate.
If you want to manage service charges, you need to use the Sales/Invoicing modules. You cannot manage service charges in the CRM module.
You could set up a single product with a product type of Service and use that in your Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices. The description can be edited in each of those documents, if needed.
