hi, i have odoo community installed on a private server.

I bought 100 SMS credits to carry out the campaign.

My problem is that when I want to activate the account it asks me for my phone number

I enter the number and I never get the code, I have tried 5 different numbers and nothing.

therefore I have an inactive account and 100 SMS credits without being able to use

I need help

did you figure out this or how change my password IAP

Even if you use the Community edition, Odoo support will always help you solve issues related to the IAP services.

If you can't create a support request on https://www.odoo.com/help, you can always contact our support at apps@odoo.com if you encounter an issue with one of the following services:

  • Bill Digitalization (OCR)
  • Lead Enrichment, Lead Mining, Visits to Leads
  • Partner Autocomplete
  • SMS Text Message
  • Snailmail

Make sure to mention your database UUID and your IAP account token in the support request so we can help you more efficiently.
