Hello,

     The write_date and __last_update field on helpdesk tickets is getting updated by the Odoo Bot, but we can not see what is being updated, or any type of action (automated, server, scheduled) that would be causing this.  This is makes the Last Update field useless for us.  any thoughts on other places to look?  Thank you for your help.

We have the same problem in version 13. Any ideas about what’s happening and how to fix it? Thank you!
