Good morning,


I created an Odoo database to build a website. On the Odoo site, they say it's free. I have selected only web modules that do not require subscription. However, I have a message in the dashboard telling me that I only have X days left and that I must subscribe to a subscription. I'm not sure I understand anymore how can I check and make sure I only keep the free site? I would take out a subscription only when I needed other services such as newsletters and crm.

@Jaideep i already created 2 tickets without answers :(

@Karan Odoo is not billing by module anymore. So i only see "standard plan" in the bill

Check if by chance you installed 2 modules, if that is the case you must request a new account or otherwise pay the subscription.

Check the following:

1. Check the modules and if you have an additional one to the web, uninstall it.

2. Make a backup of the database, this preventing you from having to request a new account and thus import your site to the new account

Hello Géraldine Robert,

You can click on the buy subscription link and it will redirect you to a quote from Odoo. There you can see what are the things you currently have which are beyond Odoo's free version and make changes accordinly.
