Regardless what level of user / developer logged in - I don't have access to a 'delete' function for the Country list under Contacts -> Localization -> Countries.
Any hints on how to modify / edit this list would be appreciated!
The Action button only offers an 'export' option.

Hello Spike
By default odoo is not allowing to delete countries and it is not good approach to delete countries but if you want to still delete then follow below steps:
Open Developer mode
Edit view : List
set delete="1"
