Is there a trick to getting the inventory valuation to appear on the balance sheet? If i run a inventory report the value appears correctly, however if I run a balance sheet report, inventory is no where to be found.
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi,
You are probably not using Perpetual Inventory Valuation method and using Periodic Inventory Valuation instead. This means that inventory valuation does not post journals automatically and you have to post journals manually.
