I am developing a special module for installing a COA template with their custom COA and in some accounts there is a default tax that needs to apply.

According to this github issue I should load the csv for the tax_ids after the COA in order to update it, but it fails with this error:

KeyError: u'account.account.template.tax_ids'

What should this file be called in order to run the import.

The file is formatted with the COA account id and the tax_ids:id
