I created a campaign and suppose added one activity named "Welcome - Tutorial" and mail template is "Welcome - Tutorial".

Now when i create another activity with same name and same teamplate, in same campaign or different campaign doesn't matter, that new created activity name shows "Welcome - Tutorial [2]".

After deleting "Welcome - Tutorial [2]", i try creating the same activity again and this time it's name shows "Welcome - Tutorial [3]".

I suppose, it may happen since they are in same campaign, but it adds number even if it is in different campaign. 

Can anyone answer me this please? I can not understand this flow.
