In Odoo version 17 and above, is it possible to manually revalue stock for a backdated entry?

For example, let’s say my stock as of December 31st was actually 13 units, but they were entered with the wrong cost. I now want to correct this by adjusting the stock to 20 units with the correct cost, backdated to December 31st.

The issue I'm encountering is that if the current remaining quantity is zero, Odoo doesn't allow me to perform a revaluation at all. The "+" button used to initiate a revaluation doesn't appear when the current quantity on hand is zero — even though the quantity on December 31st was greater than zero.

Is there any way to manually revalue stock as of a past date in such cases?
