Hi Experts,

We are a new partner looking for expert coaching from seasoned Odoo functional analysts.

Our use case:

1. Manufacturing company with assembly lines built on workcenters.
2. some operations are executed in sequence as one-piece-flow.
3. Other operations require the outcome of the above (e.g. a tray with X units in it) to be taken to an operation taking hour(s) (e.g. an oven)
4. the outcome of the above comes back for another sequence of one-piece-flow operations 
5.  and so forth...

We are looking for:

- Help us getting a deep understanding of Operation Types / Routes / Rules structure in this 3-steps (in, out, manufacture) environment

- Understanding how to best implement the use case at BOM level, subassemblies, and the execution using Shopfloor app (including time measurement).

- Understanding how to leverage Schedule/Planning based on workcenters and people
