I've been combing all sites for info/documentation on Rainbowman. I read that it can be modified and I have not found any info on where to start with customizing it, and also how is it supposed to work? Is it only when an Opportunity is Won? Any info would be super appreciated.

I believe it is only something that can be turned on/off when the MARK ONE button is clicked.
Launch Odoo Studio from the Opportunity Form View, and check out the Properties of the MARK ONE button:
With Odoo Studio, you can customize and set it on most buttons. By default, it's active on:
- opportunities: mark won (only best deals, like sales of the month)
- when you empty your inbox
- when you finish a tour
- when you finish all the reconciliation
I was able to see where the opportunities: Mark Won properties are. But where do I find empty mailbox, finish tour, reconcilliation etc..... Is there any documentation, and article/training video or something on this topic? I'd like to understand how to incorporate this with some of the gamification goals etc.
