Auf dem Kontaktformular sind die beiden Elemente doppelt vorhanden. Somit ist es nicht sehr übersichtlich.
An welcher Stelle es entstanden ist kann ich nicht sagen.
So I'm looking for a solution to reset the default view for creating new contacts.

du hast leider vergessen Screenshots hochzuladen. Wenn ich es aber richtig verstehe, du hast es mit Odoo Studio geaendert und brauchst jetzt ein Schritt zurueck zu gehen.
Siehe unten, ist zwar auf Polnisch, ich denke aber dass es einfach zu sehen ist.
