When I create a sales order and generate a delivery note in Odoo 13, the item shows as delivered in the delivery note, but the sales order page still shows 0 delivered. What could be causing this discrepancy?

Can I manually update the sales order and refresh the information, so that the delivered quantities are accurately reflected?

Currently, I have to cancel the SO and make a new delivery in order for it to reflect.
