In order to do the help desk and support ( Select a customer, add notes and categorize your interventions with a channel and a priority level...); I need someone to help me if there is an OpenERP's MODULE wich can do that. If yes, how can I get it ?!

The option Els van Vossel mentiones simply installs the module, so yes, it is a OpenERP module.

You can use Project Issues (install Project app, go to Project Settings and tick Track issues and bugs).

Another option is to use CRM Helpdesk. Install CRM and go to Sales Settings. Tick Manage Helpdesk and Support.

Did you try this module https://bitbucket.org/anybox/anytracker/

See if you can adapt it to your needs.
