Import Contact Notes (Help! Which is the correct Odoo Field?)

Question

Hi,
How do I import Contact Notes?
I tired the Odoo Field "Notes", "Users / Notes", "Contact / Notes", etc. All give me this "*The file contains blocking errors (see below)" *error.
I cannot find any "comments" or "internal notes" or "remarks" Odoo Fields.
Please help, which field do I need to use to import in notes/remarks?

If you want to import contact Notes, you can use the Notes as the Header Field. Please see the Excel, import page, and imported record.
Prepare the slide with the header name: Notes  image [1]
2. Import the Field Name under 'Notes'.

3. After importing, you can check the record.
