Thanks Craftsync, this could be an option to use the price list for website and exclude tax for the backend orders but not ideal, in the setting it looks like the radio buttons are not linked which is the way I'd like it to work. I have a play with price-lists and see if that works.

Have you already setup for the radio button ?

I think you need somewhat technical development to achieve this thing.

Either we can manage method which is responsible to fetch price for website or We can manage pricelist based on selection of radio button.
