i have a Test Enviroment of Odoo online Enterprise.
I have written a Modul and try to import them, but get no Feedback if it works or not.
When i have a payed a Account the Support helps or no?

Hi Sven,
Using Odoo Online, custom modules other than data modules (consisting of only .xml, .js, .css and .scss files) cannot be installed.
If you require any new behaviors that would usually be added by extending models, there are some workarounds possible using automated and server actions.
Importing data modules doesn't provide a lot of feedback. Usually, if you get redirected to the main Odoo page, your module was imported without any issues. Otherwise, you'll get an error message indicating the source of the problem importing your data module.

You cannot install custom modules on Odoo Online (the SaaS version hosted at odoo.com), even in a test environment. Paid users do get support, but Odoo support does not help with custom code. They will help if you face an issue with a standard feature or an official app.

Don´t understand that Odoo don´t have a eBay Connector Modul

There is a built in eBay connect module in the entreprise version. In the Apps menu, search Ebay. Make sure to remove the default "Apps" filter. The technical name is sale_ebay
I try for searching with ebay and sale_ebay but nothing, it´s also on Version 18 ?
It would indeed seem like it is absent from v18. With Odoo Online, I don't think you'd be able to set up an ebay connector. I would check with Odoo's support what is the situation between v17 and v18
