I am trying to find out why the "try it free" and "browse industries" pages are blank. I have tried on another browser. There is no human chat window except when it pops up randomly when I'm not at the computer and expires. Happened three times. The second time, there was a restart conversation button, which I clicked and then the window disappeared. The third time, there was was no such button, only feedback and cancel. Just now, a chat icon appeared at the bottom of this page - I clicked it, the window popped up and it disappeared. Has anyone else had a similar experience? This does not seem normal, nor does it give me any confidence in the integrity of this company.

It is really ridiculous. The human chat window only appears after the session has expired. Is someone messing with me?

I just clicked on Try it free and it appears to work as expected. I am using Safari.

As far as the support issue, where are you trying to gain access to a human? From the Forum page click on the button at the bottom right with the three dots. You can also go to the Help option at the top and click on the Ask A Human button there.

If that does not work you can also submit a ticket and/or have a sales person call you. At the bottom of the Pricing option you can select Meet an Advisor. They know a lot.

I have never had it not bring up a chat window. I sometimes have issues with the length of time a tech responds, but that is a different issue.
