Bonjour,

Je possède un nom de domaine (www. restaurant-lejadis .be).

Lorsque j'accède via

https:// www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> C'est ok
http:// www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> C'est ok
http:// restaurant-lejadis .be -> C'est ok
https:// restaurant-lejadis .be -> ce n'est pas OK.

Y'a t'il une manipulation a faire pour que ce soit également ok en https:// restaurant-lejadis .be ?

When I access via

https:// www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> It's ok
http:// www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> It's ok
http:// restaurant-lejadis .be -> OK
https:// restaurant-lejadis .be -> not OK.

Is there any manipulation to do so that it is also ok in https:// restaurant-lejadis .be ?

Hello, 

As if we hadn't filled in the url without www on jadis . odoo . com when generating the certificate


Odoo Config :

Own Domain 

​www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> Accepted
​restaurant-lejadis .be -> Not Accepted

OVH Config :

​www. restaurant-lejadis .be -> CNAME -> jadis . odoo . com
​restaurant-lejadis .be -> redirection visible -> https:// www. restaurant-lejadis .be

But just when i try to acceed at https:// restaurant-lejadis .be without www it's not ok and i have an error.


This site can’t be reached

restaurant-lejadis . be refused to connect.

Try:

  • Checking the connection
  • Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

What you want to do is make sure that your dns is set up correctly. 

Your http://restaurant-lejadis.be needs to redirect to https://www.restaurant-lejadis.be

It can for example be resolved with EasyDNS Pro, at a cost of 55$/year at the time of writing.
