💳 The eWallet is a non-common payment method that works as a digital card with virtual money that we can use instead of the regular payment methods to pay the everything we want to buy in Odoo. 

🌐 This innovative tool allow to our customers to dispose of a specific amount of "credits" that they can use every time they want to pay within Odoo effortlessly. No more hassle with cash, debit, or credit cards – simply enjoy the convenience of using your e-Wallet credits.

✨ What makes it special? Customers can pre-load a specific amount of "credits" and use them at their convenience for hassle-free transactions. The best part? They can request to recharge or increase their credits anytime, putting them in control of their spending.

🚀 Activate the eWallet tool in a few simple steps:

1. Navigate to Sales/Point of Sales >> Configuration >> Settings >> Pricing.
2. Activate "Discounts, Loyalty & Gift Card."

Once activated, head to "Gift cards and eWallet" to configure the eWallet for your business

🛠️ Configure your eWallet like a pro:

1. Create a new program with a unique name, select "eWallet" as the Program Type, and activate it for both Point of Sales and Sales.
2. Define a displayed name for the program, save, and voila!

✅ With the eWallet program in place, a Discount Product is automatically generated. Choose it as your "eWallet Product" and create a "top-up eWallet" product for customer recharges. 

NOTE: Ensure both products are sealable and available in the Point of Sale

💼 How to use the eWallet product to pay?:

1. Sell the eWallet product to the customer (you can specify the pricing according to the credits of each customer)

2. Go to the client information to see the balance of the eWallet: customer >>"coupons" intelligent button: In this section you can visualize and monitor the information of the customer's eWallet: each one will have an uniq code, you can add an Expiration Date and the Balance will be updated after every transaction. 

3. Enhance customer experience by downloading and sending the Gift card and Coupon code clicking on the gear button and printing them 

4. Use the e-Wallet as a "payment method" in the POS: Go to the Point of Sales >> start session >> select the product(s) >> select the customer >> click on the "eWallet" button (a line with the eWallet" will appear discounting the amount of the order). 

NOTE: the amount in the payment page will be zero because all have been paid with the eWallet

💰 Keep your balance in check: 

The eWallet balance updates automatically after each transaction, ensuring a real-time overview of credits used

🔄 Need to recharge credits? It's a breeze:

Simply sell the "top-up eWallet" product in the Point of Sales/Sales, and the customer's credits increase by the purchase amount.
