Hi, can I achieve case like this in odoo 14?

Case:

Item Name  |  From WH  |  To WH  | Qty | Value | Account from  |  Analytic acc from | Account to  |  Analytic acc to

Item A          |  WH City A |  WH City B  | 1 | 100  | Inventory FG   |  City A  | Inventory FG | City B 

So my trial balance will look like this:

Before stock transfer:

Account             |   Analytic account     |     Value

Inventory FG     |   City A                        |      100

Inventory FG     |   City B                         |         0


After stock transfer:

Account             |   Analytic account     |     Value

Inventory FG     |   City A                        |          0

Inventory FG     |   City B                         |     100

Hi, Muhammad Amir Nazir,

I have tried all the steps you've been mentioned above, and this is the result:

Step:
1. - Create item name: Test Product
- Create locations: GDA
GDB
- Update quantity item Test Product = 100
- Update cost item Test Product = @1000

2. - Create COA: 199999 TestWHTransfer
- Chose account type "Stock" --> There is no account type "Stock", meanwhile I chose "Current Asset", so what odoo version has account type "Stock"?

3. - Create Analytic account: AlyticGDA
AlyticGDB

4. - Create stock transfer and go to "Inventory > Operations > Stock Transfers", unfortunately, there is no "Stock Transfer", there is only "Transfer"
- Chose operation type: Internal transfer
- Source location: GDA
- Destination location: GDB
- Product: Test Product
- Demand: 10

What doesnt exist:
Field: Account from
Analytic account from
Account to
Analytic account to

so any idea how to activate those column/field on internal transfer? Actually, I have prepared all my screenshot, but unfortunately, there isnt option to upload image on this comment, so maybe I can show you through alternative like email?

Yes, you can achieve this case in Odoo 14 using stock transfers. Here's how you can set it up:

  1. Create the items and warehouse locations that you want to use in the stock transfer. To do this, go to "Inventory > Master Data > Products" and click "Create" to create a new product. Enter the name and other details of the product, and set the "Inventory Valuation" field to "Periodic" if you want to track the value of the stock. Then, go to "Inventory > Configuration > Locations" and click "Create" to create a new warehouse location. Enter the name and other details of the warehouse location.

  2. Create the accounts that you want to use for the stock transfer. To do this, go to "Accounting > Configuration > Chart of Accounts" and click "Create" to create a new account. Enter the name and other details of the account, and set the "Account Type" field to "Stock" if you want to use the account for stock valuation.

  3. Create the analytic accounts that you want to use for the stock transfer. To do this, go to "Accounting > Configuration > Analytic Accounting > Analytic Accounts" and click "Create" to create a new analytic account. Enter the name and other details of the analytic account.

  4. Create the stock transfer. To do this, go to "Inventory > Operations > Stock Transfers" and click "Create" to create a new stock transfer. Select the "From WH" and "To WH" locations, and add the items that you want to transfer. Set the "Qty" and "Value" fields to the values that you want to transfer, and select the appropriate "Account from", "Analytic acc from", "Account to", and "Analytic acc to" fields.

When you validate the stock transfer, the quantities and values of the items will be transferred from the "From WH" location to the "To WH" location, and the corresponding accounts and analytic accounts will be updated.
