I deal with products in the Half LBs or grams often and need the ability to SKU products both in full units and smaller units, everytime I try and set the Product in Units or LBs under weight for UoM, odoo spits out you can only SKU items in 1.0 items when I try and associate a SKU to one of the .5 LB items

my rounding percision is currently set the same as yours, and I still cannot apply a SKU to a value less than 1 or .5 or 1/2
Where you are trying to apply this?
my uom looks exactly like the photo you posted below with the precision being below 0.01
To split qty you need to set Rounding Precision value in UOM to less than 1,
The computed quantity will be a multiple of this value. Use 1.0 for a Unit of Measure that cannot be further split, such as a piece.
