how can i set task stage as new when i create task .or how can i restrict that user can only create task in new stage.

it depend on stages sequence. . if stages not assigned to different project. sequence 0 is first stage.
No i want that its not allowed to create task in any stage .or even we can't edit task in any other stage only in new stage

Hi,
You can rearrange the order of your stages, by dragging and dropping the column you want to move to the desired location.
