I'm currently working with Odoo 15 and seeking a solution for scheduled reconciliation of all journals. I am considering the use of a scheduled action to automate this reconciliation process. Specifically, I'd like to reconcile all journals automatically.

Does anyone have experience with this, or could someone assist me in configuring a scheduled action for this purpose?

It would already be helpful if someone could tell me whether it's possible to invoke the reconciliation for a record independently, without opening the view for manually reconciling unbalanced records. These records should simply remain unprocessed and will be resolved by employees throughout the day.
