if you mean the Odoo online version then you cannot recover your database by yourself. This is a task which you have to request at the Odoo support team. You can download a backup zip file e.g. if you have a local test server or if you want to download your filestore. The backups which you mentioned are server snapshots and the user have no access to it. Porque a na versão Oddo on-line apenas temos a opção de fazer download do backup mais não de restaurar. causa muito atraso abrir um ticket e esperar que o backup seja restaurado por parte do suporte.

não existe uma maneira mais eficiente de fazer isso?

I'm trying to find answers to this exact question. I found where to download the data base, but can't see where you restore a back-up.

I'm wanting to backup the Projects and Timehsheet modules.

Well, to restore the database from the backup you can configure the restore options. You may want to select "Overwrite the existing database" if you want to replace the current database with the backup. You can also select the recovery state, either "Full" or "Simple."
