How to Replace description/icon.png

Hello everyone.
Does anyone have a module, to update several icons at the same time?
I need to update the icons "description/icon.png" of several modules. Is there any module for this, or any smart solution?

I'll give you an example:
I have installed the sales module, calendar, helpdesk. But I have more than one instance. I need to change the icon of these modules (sales, calendar and helpdesk) automatically.
The idea was to have a module, which when installed, performs this change in these modules.

In my opinion, there's a way using code to generate folders and icons to the right places of these 'several modules'.
And just restart odoo afterwards.
