I have an Odoo Online instance but the trial is ending. I was trying Odoo and wanted to remove this database, so that I could start my paid subscription with a clean database and the right URL. However, now I can't remove this database.

When I go to My Databases, and click on the settings dropdown menu, the delete button is disabled. I haven't connected any domain names nor have I started a subscription yet. How do I remove my database now?

Hi,

As the delete buttons seems to be disable in your end, you can reach to the Odoo via support channel and put forward your request.
