Hello,

How to setup mrp based on ticket.

Like customer send email to use, ticket automatically generate and that issues carried out. ?

Which module to use ? any good document ? or blog !

Hi Zahin,

You can check UVdesk Helpdesk ( https://www.uvdesk.com/en/ ) which offers Knowledge Base feature along with the help desk capabilities like tickets generation, ticket resolution. You just have to register yourself and your domain name and then you can start your ticket support process.
