When you use the map view of the opportunities in CRM, some of the opportunities might not appear on the map and be written in grey which means that the opportunity could not be located. How can you locate those opportunities and see them on the map ?

In the general settings you have, by default, the geo localization with the API "Open Street Map" which locates with addresses.
If you are using "Open Street Map" API, there might be 2 issues for locating the opportunity:
1) The opportunity isn't related to any address. In this case, the customer address is missing and you should add one.
2) The customer address is wrongly written. For example: wrong city, abbreviation in street address, etc. In this case, it is best the verify the official address of the customer and correct the error.
If those two points have been corrected, you will be able to use the pipeline map view. When the address is correctly written, the respective location coordinates are generated and the contact appears on the map.
