I am building a website that sells snakes most of I only have supply of one each. The website however acts like I have an infinite supply of them. Is there a way I can have it automatically unlist product after it has been sold a specified number of times?

If you have the inventory App installed it is possible. Navigate to Settings > Website > Shop -Products section and disable continue selling
You would need the inventory App to update the on-hand qty of each product
