Hi,

The easy way to find the id of a menu is that, suppose you have to get the id of the menu Sales , what you can do is that,

activate the developer mode, then navigate to Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Menu items , search the name Sales ,

Then open the record having the name Sales, then click on lady debugger button ,

then click the View Metadata, In the pop up wizard you can see field XML id, this is the ID of the menu.
