we are currently evaluating Odoo for our company in the medical field. Our goal is to build a long-term, future-proof ERP system that we can host on our own servers (on-premise, no cloud). 

What we are looking for:

• Recommendable implementation partners / agencies (preferably with experience in healthcare / regulated industries).
• Independent developers or agencies that can support us with best practices, process mapping, and complex customizations.
• A collaboration model where we do as much as possible ourselves (installation, basic setup, configurations) – and the partner acts as a guide, coach, and technical expert, ensuring quality and compliance.
• A team that can accompany us strategically and operationally over the coming years, co-developing and improving the system together with us.

About us:

• We are not a small business – around 300 employees with many detailed processes that are constantly optimized and evolving.
• We value long-term, loyal cooperation and are looking for partners who share this mindset.
• In the future, we are also considering AI integration – not only for writing support, but also for planning, forecasting and optimization – but step by step.
• Right now, we are building the core team that will drive this project forward.
