How to create actions to check availability and mark Manufacturing orders as done?

Question

Hello,
We need to manage in mass Manufacturing Orders in Fashion.
One idea would be to add an action in the action list of Manufacturing Order list to automatically "check Availability" for selected Manufacturing Order and then produce and Mark as done this Manufacturing Orders.
How can we do this please?
Unfortunately I don't know Python functions for Odoo
Would it be possible to make it with Python code as
"if records:
records.XXX()"

Many thanks. I tried configuring Actions with server Actions but I only found how to change values or states (as Mark as Done" and not how to execute processes as "Check availability" or "Produce"
Perhaps because I don't know these Python classes ..
Would you please have exemples or the classes to use in this case of:
- check Availability
- produce
- record production
- mark as done

for this you have to create ir_action
