How to calculate payslip for employee who joins in the middle of the month

Hi,
Can anyone help me how to calculate a payslip for an employee who joins in the middle of the month. In odoo, the salary computes for a whole month regardless of the joining date.
for example, if an employee joins on 13th Feb, then the salary should be computed from 13th Feb to 29th Feb.
What should I do? Please help

Hi,
In
payroll, you have the option to determine the period for calculating
payslips and design the salary structure type to align with your
specific requirements.
Steps:
1. Go to payroll-> Configuration -> Structure Types

Choose Default scheduled pay as Bi-weekly
2.
Go to payroll-> Configuration -> Structures.Create a new
structure with a created salary structure type and default scheduled pay
as 'Bi-weekly'
3. Choose period: 13 Feb - 29 Feb.Then Compute the salary, You will get the half-mont
