• Routes: MTO & Manufacture

• Out of stock: continue selling is TRUE

2. In the BoM line itself:

• Add the “Free to Use Quantity” (and make this field stored in the database)

• Add a checkbox “To Reorder”

• Create the automated actions below

• And the opposite automated actions:

(30 or more if you have more than 30 lines in your BoM)

Each time you will have a component stock equal to 0, the BoM line will be moved up (the sequence will be equal to 1):

3. In the product form:

• Add the related field “To Reorder”

• Create the automated action:

• And the opposite automated action:

Now, when a product will have at least one of its component out of stock, the checkbox “continue selling when out-of-stock” will be unchecked. As the product is manufactured on demand, the stock is always 0, and the product will not be saleable on the webshop.
