Hi, I am developing a module for odoo and I have a problem with the access permissions, my module tries to show the button to attach support documents (this is visible only when the absence is not approved by the administrator) By modifying the view I have managed to make this button appear but the problem is that users who are not absence administrators can not upload documents once the absence has been approved.

I would like the permissions to have this behavior:

1. Only the employee who is the subject of the absence or the absence manager can include the attached file once the absence has been validated.

2. Only the absence manager can edit any other absence data.

3. The employee who is the subject of the absence cannot delete the file, once it has been attached.


Thanks for the help, I have just started to develop in odoo and it is complicated for me.
