Hi Usman:
You can do this on the sequence definition. Activate developer mode. Go to Settings > Technical > Sequences and edit the sequence you need to change. There is a checkbox called Use subsequences per date_range. If you select this, you can specify the date range and the starting number (Next Number) for that date range.
i want to code in xml file any help ?
You will need to create records corresponding to your sequence in the ir.sequence.date_range model.
