how can we add company in allowed companies

If you want to allow a user to have access to other companies in his preferences, you should go to Settings > Users > Users > Select the user, then in the tab "Access Rights" under the label "Allowed Companies", add all the companies this user can access. Once you do that, the user will be able to select these companies in his preferences.

Hi all, I have one problem,,,, I add second company, second company is subcompany of Yourcompany. But second company's employee Leave requist, current time sheet but that requist no recieve second company manager so ERROR msg in display. ("The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Users, Operation: read)")

thanks Fabrice Henrion. I just decide this problem and i have a new problem/? how can i manager rule? for example: Human resource manager views for only human resource employee??? [(employee.id_user_id,' =', department_id_user_id)] etc...
