Can anybody advice how can i remove "previous" text label from carousel?

Can you provide a link to the page where it is displayed?

You can hide it with custom CSS like this:
.carousel-control-prev-icon {color: transparent !important;}
But I don't know where you can add it.
If you can enable odoo developer mode and edit your theme then add it to one of the .css files of you theme.
