I have a client setup up in German and the database was created in English. if that makes sense.
Client prefers that the default auto reply is in German in the different stages of Odoo.

I have changed client preferences to German but each time we submit a ticket to the Helpdesk team it auto replies and confirms your ticket is in review etc but not in German. Is there a way to force that it always replies in German.


Is it because i created the database in English ?
Im lost on this
