i am using odoo15 and i have connected my epson tm-t88iv receipt printer using usb and printer is directly connected to my laptop. and all drivers of printer are installed in my laptop but when i punch order and try to print the receipt then it gives error that "connection to printer failed", do i miss any configuration in POS session settings. your help will be appriciated.
