I would like to somehow group/categorize my customers.
I have tried looking in my sales > configuration for customer groups but
I do not have that option available.
I have tried using tags but this is unfortunately not going to work as I expected.

by which characteristic do you want to group? It also works by tags (as of version 15, I think).

I need to group them by area for example gauteng - JHB, gauteng - PTA ect.
The problem I am facing with tags is that I have no way of adding them to display on pdf document with studio.
Do you want to group them on the list view or in the PDF?
I need to group them in list view and have the group name displayed on the pdf document.
