I downgraded to the FREE website basic service a year or so ago and was told this was forever, if I only want the very basic APPs. Which I agreed and was happy with.
Yet I got an email 2 days ago saying my FREE TRIAL has come to an end and the site will be locked and no longer visible unless I pay for the Standard package, which is more than I need.
I'm therefore very frustrated that I only had 2 days notice, as there is not a lot I can achieve in that time, unless succumb to being forced into a monthly subscription without any sort of consultation.
My question is - the FREE service, was not a TRIAL as it was FREE Forever, so why is it being dressed up as a TRIAL when it wasn't? And even if it is a TRIAL period, surely 30 days notice is a standard practice not 2 days.
Did I miss something, was it wrongly communicated and can somebody help me at least get 30 days back so I can have enough time to an informed decision if I want to stay with odoo or use someone that actually cares?
