I worked on the online demo also my subscription account, but I didn't find the field "Fixed Asset Account"
But in some tutorial I found this field exists:

many thanks.
As an alternative you could configure a fixed asset account to the specific product in the product form > accounting tab > expense account
and then configure that fixed asset account to be automated and connected to a particular asset model

the case here is that the you may be using a different odoo version than the one in the tutorial you have seen.
@niyas so the latest version of the online demo doesn't have this field?
