Hi 

I am using the SaaS version as a trial.  

I have been able to customise invoice forms using the inherited views and this works fine if I preview the invoice or select the invoice and then press the print button in the menu and select Invoice or Invoice with payments.  

However if I download the invoice (click on the invoice in the list and then press send and print) then a different template is invoked.  I have searched through the views and can see that it is still report_invoice and then report_invoice_document but the header and footer are different from the version called external_layout_boxed (as I have overriden this with fixed css).

can anyone point me to where I can find out which views are being called or help me find out which layout to address here?
