That works, but I need the export without grouping headings (Example Company (1), Globex Corporation (2) …) in the Excel file. There should be a contact in each line (as in the default export). I also have too many contacts to manually expand the range every time.

In the grouped export, the names in the Excel table look like this

I need a list export with an extra column with the first name and last name if it is an individual contact. If a company contact is entered in the line, the "Individual Contact" cell should remain empty.

I am able to insert the column "Individual Contact Name" in the list view in Odoo with

<field name="name" string=“Individual Contact Name“ attrs="{'invisible': [('is_company', '=', True)]}"/>

But when I export the view, the Company Names are exported again in the Individual Contact Name column.

Hi Martins, try to group the contacts first by type of company. Then select all those who are person and export. Remember to always expand the range of the displayed list, so that you can select all of them. Hope this helps you.
