I'm having trouble with transactional emails. When the customer subscribes to the site, he should receive a notification email stating that his account was successfully created, but this does not happen. The same problem happens when the customer creates a new order on the site, no notification email is sent to the user who created the new order. The SMTP server is configured correctly. For example, when prompted for a password reset I usually receive the email.
I need to set something up so that transactional ecommerce emails will be enabled.
