In Odoo13 CE there are only two default templates: 'Plain Text' and Template with different email components. Is it possible to add more templates (my own one)?

We use Odoo 14 EE and we would like to do the same.
I use Odoo 14EE and also want this, i have so many draft emails saved to act like templates, but this is a messy solution. please help
