I would like to create a link on the website to download an attachment. I tried to upload to attachment in the backend, and then create the link manually (https://localhost:8069/web/binary/saveas?model=ir.attachment&field=datas&filename_field=name&id=82) on the website, but if I'm not logged, I have an access error.

Is there a way to add the attachment (a PDF in my case) from the website editor? Or, if I have to do it from the backend, how can I solve my access rights problem ?
