How can I retrieve a deleted document in odoo?

Hi,
If you are using a custom module to manage the recycle bin then it will be possible to restore deleted documents. If you have a previous backup of that DB, then also you will be able to restore the db to that point and restore the deleted document.

Thanks Cybrosys Ltd for providing an option to the question. Unfortunately the recycle bin is empty of the deleted item; this implies am not using a custom module.
And because of this, I ask the next question: how to have a backup of my database?
